   1. How long is processing/shipping time? Why is there a wait time?

Processing time is currently 1-2 weeks, as items are made to order and I currently only have two printers. This does not include shipping time. Shipping time varies depending on location.

 

   2. What are the products made out of?

Polylactic Acid (PLA) is an eco-friendly plastic derived from plant fibers/sugars.

   3. Do you accept custom orders? 

Yes. Please contact me to discuss details.

   4. Can I decorate your printed products?

Absolutely, I encourage it! Let your creativity shine through and please feel free to email photos of your creations. I can't wait to see them!

 

   5. Do you accept returns?

No. All sales are final, as all products are made to order. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me ASAP and I will work with you to correct it.

   6. How often are new designs released?

I currently do not have a set schedule for releases. All new designs will be released sporadically, but I will send out information with new upcoming designs to my newsletter. You can sign up via email at the bottom of this page.

   7. Why does my product have slight variations in it?

Due to the nature of 3D printing, you'll find subtle variations in the prints which add to the unique character of the final product. All prints are unique, especially those printed in ombre gradient colours.

   8. International Customs:

Our products ship directly from Canada. You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence. FinalGirl3D is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of FinalGirl3D to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.

   9. Will the products fit my headset?

All headset accessories come with a velcro strap that is 6" (15.cm) long. You can cut it to size to fit your headset.

10. Do you sell your STL files?

   Yes, some of them. However, they are only for non-commercial use. My files cannot be altered, remixed, or resold in any way. This includes giveaways and raffles. My files are for personal use only. You can purchase a select number of my stl files here on my website, and also on Cults3D.
