1. How long is processing/shipping time?
Processing time is currently 1-2 weeks. This does not include shipping time. Shipping time varies depending on location.
2. What are the products made out of?
PLA (Polylactic Acid) is a plant-based plastic made primarily from corn starch and other renewable resources. It's one of the most popular materials for 3D printing because it produces detailed prints with a smooth finish.
3. Do you accept custom orders?
No, not at this time.
4. Do you accept returns?
No. All sales are final, as all products are made to order. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me ASAP and I will work with you to correct it.
5. How often are new designs released?
I currently do not have a set schedule for releases. All new designs will be released sporadically.
6. Why does my product have slight variations in it?
Every piece is made to order using 3D printing technology. Minor variations in layer lines, color shades, or surface finish may occur and are considered normal. These subtle differences ensure that each item is one of a kind while maintaining the same high quality and design standards.
7. International Customs:
Our products ship directly from Canada. You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence. FinalGirl3D is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of FinalGirl3D to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.
